SMSF Audit and external review

The ATO, along with CIA Australia the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia have introduced new competency requirements for auditors of SMSF’s. Each year, the trustees of SMSF must arrange the compliance and financial audit report to be prepared for the fund by an approved auditor.

At GHR Accounting Group are understand the complexities of self-managed superannuation funds. Both Bernadette Gore and Brian Hrnjak have extensive experience in auditing self-managed funds, and have completed the requirements for approved auditors.

We are also registered with the Law Society of NSW to conduct external examination on solicitors trust accounts.
